12 Aug Alita Achieves ISO 27001 for Information Security
Provider company Alita’s information and communication technology solutions are ready implement international standards in information security after successfully obtaining Information Security Management System Certification or better known as Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) ISO 27001.
This ISMS certification is an illustration of how a company can protect and maintain the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information.
“This certification was obtained for the company’s commitment to managing and controlling information security risks. The company’s standard operating procedures must run in accordance with cyber security standards, one of which refers to ISO 27001,” said Fita Indah Maulani, Head of Corporate and Marketing Communication of PT Alita Praya Mitra.
By bagging ISO 27001:2013, currently Alita has set the requirements to establish, implement, maintain and continuously improve the information security management system in an organizational context. It also includes requirements for the assessment and treatment of information security risks according to the needs of the organization.
According to Fita, the current wave of digital transformation must pay attention to the security side. Information security is the responsibility of all parties in the company, it is necessary to raise awareness in all human resources regarding the importance of maintaining company and customer privacy data and knowing about cyber security.
