With extensive leadership experience across operations, project delivery, and commercial strategy, he currently leads initiatives focused on new business development, strategic partnerships, and commercial expansion. His leadership combines strong execution capabilities with a forward-looking approach to innovation, helping Alita strengthen its position in digital infrastructure, managed services, and emerging technology solutions. Known for his ability to bridge technical operations with business strategy, he has led cross-functional collaborations and nationwide initiatives that support scalable growth and long-term business transformation.

With more than 15 years of experience in telecommunications and infrastructure industries, Krisna has built a strong track record in managing large-scale operations, telecom deployments, and strategic projects across Indonesia. Prior to his current role, he held various leadership positions at Alita, including Head of Operations, Project Director, Head of HSSE, and Project Manager, while also gaining industry experience at Huawei, ZTE, Nokia Siemens Networks, LG Innotek, and Honda Prospect Motor. A PMP® certified professional, he is recognized for his expertise in project governance, operational transformation, stakeholder management, and strategic partnership development. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Universitas Trilogi and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universitas Trisakti.
