With more than 16 years of experience at PT Alita Praya Mitra, Reynhard has built deep expertise in telecommunications operations, engineering support, and project management. Prior to his current role, he served as Engineering Support Manager and Project Manager, where he was actively involved in defining technical standards, developing operational procedures, supporting project execution, and managing large-scale transmission radio implementations. His experience spans technical solution development, operational governance, subcontractor management, and engineering capability development. Reynhard holds an educational background from Institut Teknologi Telkom and is recognized for his strong technical leadership and commitment to operational reliability within the telecommunications and digital infrastructure industry.
